Article (7) conditions of membership:

1. 1. Location must be in Sudan or the site owner is Sudanese.

Article (9) rights of a member: -

3 – A member participate in the activities of the Assembly in accordance with the various controls and systems.

5 – A member benefit from the privileges provided by the Assembly for its members on an equal basis according to need and qualifications.
Article (10) the obligations of a member of the Assembly: -

1 – Respect for the law and the Statute of the Assembly and the regulations issued thereunder and compliance with the terms and rules of practice issued by the Assembly and changes thereof, additions or changes.
2 – payment of monthly contributions.
3 – obligation to maintain to achieve the objectives of the Assembly and the reputation and the reputation of his fellow members.
